Your privacy.

HPK Build Ltd ("HPK", "we", "us") is registered in England and Wales (company number 09921008), with its registered office at Connaught House, 15–17 Upper George Street, Luton LU1 2RD. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

When you contact us we collect your name, email address, phone number, project location and the details you send us. If you work with us we also hold information needed to deliver and pay for the work, including, for subcontractors, CIS and insurance details.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations (legitimate interests or steps before a contract), to deliver contracts and manage payments (contract), and to meet health and safety, tax and building regulation obligations (legal obligation). We never sell personal data.

Sharing

We share data only where needed, for example with our design team and subcontractors on your project, Building Control, our accountants, insurers, legal advisers and IT providers, all under appropriate confidentiality terms.

Cookies and this website

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. Enquiry form submissions are sent to us by email.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose collected and to meet legal, contractual and insurance requirements. Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted after two years.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy in a portable format. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113), although we would welcome the chance to resolve any concern first.
